How do I transport a round aneroid barometer?

Provided there is no mercury thermometer these can be sent satisfactorily and carried normally, obviously provided they are packed suitably.  Should you be thinking of purchasing one from us we would ask you to check your altitude where it is going to be living, that it is not in excess of 1000 feet, in which case some adjustment may be needed depending on the type of barometer before we send it to you.
